Data processing terms for VITALGEN.
This page explains the data processing terms that apply when VITALGEN is deployed in a clinic and processes patient-related data on that customer's behalf.
Purpose
When a DPA applies
A DPA will be part of the paperwork for a real VITALGEN deployment where ESADEX processes data on a clinic's instructions.
The landing page itself is not the operational system, so this page stays intentionally brief.
Scope
What the agreement will cover
The DPA will describe roles, instructions, confidentiality, subprocessors, retention and security controls.
It will also cover the handling of patient data in the deployed product environment.

Contact form handling
If a visitor submits the contact form, that message will be delivered through Resend once the form is enabled.
That website flow is separate from the patient-data processing governed by the DPA.
For website contact requests, the only relevant processor we expect to use is Resend for message delivery.
